Ruby-Gordon offers you a team of experienced furniture delivery experts that inspect and assemble your furniture before delivery. You don’t have to break your back carrying, moving or assembling your new furniture, with our professional delivery service. You can just sit back, relax and get right to enjoying your furniture!
Full Delivery Service
Once your purchase is available for delivery, you will be notified by phone. Your merchandise will be delivered fully assembled, pre-inspected and set up in your home on a scheduled day. Our trucks are routed by geographical area; therefore we cannot offer an exact time of delivery. However, understanding how valuable your time is, we will contact you the day before your delivery to confirm your order and you will receive a four hour time window. Delivery does not include removal of your old furniture and/or rearranging of furniture. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Respecting the care of your home is important to us so we ask that in preparation for your delivery, please remove pictures, accessories, etc. from your walls to prevent damage. Please ensure that the area where would like your furniture is free and clear of old furniture and any items that may obstruct the passage way of the delivery team. Additionally, please keep children and/or pets secure during the delivery to prevent injury. In the winter please have a pathway clear of snow and ice. This will ensure your delivery will be smooth and pleasant.
Customer Pick-Up
If you choose to pick up your furniture, you may do so once they have been notified by phone that your product is available. All items excluding floor models will be in their original factory cartons and some assembly may be required. While we are pleased to assist you in loading your merchandise, it is your responsibility to ensure that your goods are properly loaded and secured. We cannot be responsible for damage after leaving the premises.
- Customer pick-up hours are Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. Please call us an hour ahead so that we can have your merchandise ready for you when you arrive.
