We will review your request to confirm the item and issue.
Please review the warranty guidelines before filing a claim to educate yourself on the coverages and exclusions of the warranty.
The claim process will require the following from you:
A detailed description of the issue
A detailed explanation of how the issue occurred
Overall photo of the affected item
Photo of the issue
Photo of Manufacturer Label with the SKU and Serial Number
The speed of processing your claim is determined by how much detail you provide. Please be as specific as you can so we may quickly identify the best resolution for your claim. You should expect to receive a response within two business days.
Please provide a minimum of two photos, one full overall photo of the item and one photo of the issue. We suggest you use the designated angles as shown. Limit photos to .jpg or .png file extensions only.
